Yes. Jonathan speaks mainly in California, and he has spoken in Washington, D.C., Texas, Arizona, Idaho, and Missouri. He considers out-of-state events case by case.

Can Jonathan speak by video?

Yes. Jonathan can join by livestream or send a recorded video message.
